How usage works
Each seat includes $15 of monthly usage, pooled across the team — not a per-user quota. Chat, spec drafting, pre-flight checks, reporter portal submissions, and other model calls draw from it first. After that, usage is billed at the per-model rates below. Reporter portal users are free of charge and do not need a seat; only the usage they generate is counted. Code indexing and embeddings are included in the monthly rate and are not counted against usage.

- What is included in the Team plan?
- The Team plan is the product: one workspace for specs, changesets, decisions, chat, and Git-connected delivery, billed per seat. Projects and repositories are unlimited. GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, all publicly available IDE plugins, and the reporter portal are included. Reporter portal users do not need a seat. Code indexing and embeddings are included in the monthly rate. Each seat includes $15 of monthly usage, pooled across the team.
- How does included usage work?
- Each seat includes $15 of monthly usage. That allowance is pooled across the team — not locked to the person who generated it. Chat, spec drafting, pre-flight checks, reporter portal submissions, and other model calls draw from the shared pool first. Usage is metered in tokens and valued at the rates in the table. Code indexing and embeddings are not counted against this allowance — they are included in the monthly rate.
- What happens if we go over?
- Usage beyond the included amount is billed at the per-model rates below. You can follow consumption by model in the product.
- Can we choose which models the team uses?
- Yes. Anyone can switch models in chat. Faster and more capable models are available at the rates listed.
- Do reporter portal users need a seat?
- No. End users and colleagues who report issues through the portal — in natural language or with screenshots — do not need an Intent seat and are free of charge. They never see the rest of the product. Model usage from those reports still draws from the team's pooled allowance, then the listed rates if you go over.
- How is billing handled?
- Subscriptions are billed monthly per seat through Stripe and renew until cancelled. During beta we onboard a small number of teams directly — join the beta or request a demo and we will set you up.
